Where Are You Playing Small?

Sit down with Jess, in this Solo Episode, as she speaks about "Where we are playing small". All too often, we are taught to fit into a box when it comes to how we look and behave. When we do this, it causes us to show up as a person that is not authentic. We end up down playing ourselves to please others. As we get older and level up, we are better able to step into the better more authentic version of ourselves, even if it makes others uncomfortable.
