SEXY stands for Satisfy, Ego, X-ternal Opinions, and Yearn, and they are 4 areas that I believe you really need to get clear on in order to feel the sexiest you possibly can in your own skin. And often, when working on any goal in your life, it most likely will fit into one of these 4 categories.
