Perspective: a particular way of viewing things that depends on one’s experiences and personality. 

In this episode, Nicole shares her vision for the podcast and what experiences have shaped her perspective. Her titles include Board Certified Career Coach and Counselor, Professor, Mother, and Law Enforcement Wife. She expresses the hardships she’s been through and the badges she wears, Motherless daughter and Parentless parent. These challenges have shaped her into the person she is today, and have given her perspective.

She aims to use her podcast as a platform to have vulnerable and open conversations. We have so much to learn from each other. We just need to remember to listen to one another, even when the other voice is one we may not necessarily agree with or even understand. Nicole’s hope is that this podcast will help you say, “huh, I never thought of it that way”. To Nicole, that is growth of one’s perspective.
