But the most important question here is, when was the last time you walked in your customer's shoes?
What do they think, see, hear or feel? One of the keys to creating a great customer experience is to create empathy! Take a listen to this short story and I hope it inspires you to use a little imagination to think, "what would it feel like to walk in my customer's shoes?"
