Wellness is more than just being healthy. It means that the way you see yourself is in line with who you want to be. It means that you are taking care of yourself from your brain to your pinky toe, your emotional health to your mental health.

In this episode I welcome our first guest, Sarah Martin! She  is a wife, mom, friend and Certified Coach for FASTer Way to Fat Loss. This means she grabs busy women by the hand so you know how much you get to eat thrive and how to workout to feel strong like Wonder Woman. 

When she is not customizing macros for her FASTer Way gals, you can find her cheering way too loud at her son’s football games or going on date nights with her husband of 22 years.
