Over 7 1/2 to 13 Hours of Media is consumed a day by the average American. More hours than ever before. From Social Media, News, Commercials, Tick Tock, YouTube and even Facebook. 50% of the time that we are awake we are touched by what we see, hear.., views, thoughts, movements, video clips, messages, ... even with those around us from our childhood, adulthood, or even in our community, jobs, family and friends.Influences that affect our thoughts, decisions, how we see ourself; the image of who we want to become or the image of the life we want to live.
