The 5 Steps of getting unstuck and owning your truth is part of my frame work in my program.
AWARE:
1st step is Awareness - be the watcher and observe of your thoughts, feelings and actions/reactions. 
When you really pay attention to what your brain is offering you, you can gain a lot of insight. That is when you uncover beliefs, manuals and stories that we are operating on that are holding us back and blocking our potential for impact.

This is part of the frame work that is part of my program and has helped many clients gain clarity and confidence.
