Did you know the average adult human has somewhere between 6,000 and 70,000 thoughts per day. Researchers estimate that 90% are repetitive thoughts (easy to see why those are impactful!). But we also have new thoughts as well as transitional thoughts. We have so much we may be processing and thinking on, we shouldn't be surprised that we all experience times where our own thoughts confuse us. But what should we do and what is helpful to know about our thoughts.
Today we explore a simple conceptual idea to help us understand an aspect of our thinking. And we will consider the Helper that's available for us to turn to. I invite you to tune in and give some thought to your thoughts.
