It started in early grade school. It wasn't by design. It wasn't planned. But what started as a way for a little girl to "feel better". But that little habit didn't stay little. And neither did it stay entirely hidden. Maybe sugar is your thing; maybe it's something else. It promises to be what you need to be okay, but leaves you worse off than when you started. It's not a story I was excited to share, but I hope someone finds hope and encouragement, and chooses to respond in faith to find freedom.
