We've all fallen for lies, and they always promise something they actually can't deliver. But once we've believed them and begin to build thoughts and choices around them, they become an integral aspect of our habits and choices. Many things in life have beginnings and endings, but in various ways we struggle to know when to end things. This struggle usually ties to a deep wound and various fears. What keeps us stuck often is that where we have built habits and patterns of how we think and how we do things, we have a natural bias to believe that what we think is true, even in the face of information to the contrary. The true Light that represents knowledge, truth, insight, and wisdom in order to begin to discover the lies in our own hearts and minds that we believe. Recognizing a lie is always the first step toward transformation.
