We talk about Māori healing, intergenerational healing, and men's mental health. I share my own personal Honohono healing session with Dion - Honohono Healing is an ancient Māori healing tradition passed down from Dion’s ancestor. This practice works on an energetic, emotional, and spiritual levels to restore balance, release blockages, and reconnect us to ourselves.
