Hello Friendsssss! In this episode Toya talks about all of the different avenues and mindsets that come with the concept of "Self-Improvement." And often times we get tricked into believing that because the term has the word self in it that its something that we have to do alone. No baby, self improvement is not an independent act. Just like kids need a village, so do we at this big ole age! The only difference is that we get to pick our villages and we MUST be intentional about who we let in.  And yall already know I am a HUGE advocate for all these self awarness and accountability, so those two are also important to consider on this self improvement journey. Yall ready for that, or nah?!
