There's a thin line between "grace" and "goofy". In this episode Toya talks about all about the concept giving grace. She unpacks why its so easy for us to give others grace (even when the don't deserve it)  and so difficult for us to extend grace to ourselves on a regular. She lets us know that its important for us to create an "Emergency Grace Plan" to pull out and practice whenever we find ourselves in a mental jam.
