In this episode, Toya rolls out the theme of Universal Teas for 2023 which is the "4 Quarters of FOCUS." She explains what's been going on in her life to get her to this concepts of focus being her core value for this year. She breaks down the year into four words that encompass a meaning and purpose for each phase of the year. She explains how in 2023 we have to intentionally create a PLAN that we can confidently PROCEED to execute even when times get hard; that will allow us to PRODUCE the best lives for ourselves.
