June is the month of Imagination, so we are planning to offer some unique Sunday experiences! Imagination is expressed through our capacities ofconception (of ideas!), envisioning, and embodying.We have all surely had great ideas and even held the vision of them so fully that we can actually feel what it would be like if they became a reality.Yet fewer of us have experienced that becoming a reality.Embodiment is the necessary counterpart to the manifestation of an idea.Not only that but our body holds great wisdom.If you are like me, you may spend most of your time in your head and find it challenging to really connect with your body.We are excited to provide this experience with Kerstin Caldwell who recently offered the Freedom of Expression Play workshop with us here at USCD. The fullness of that experience made us want to try to offer it to more of you.Transcript
