No More Blues  Leddy Hammock

Neither anger, resentment, jealousy, nor fear can give me the blues, for praise lifts my spirit.

I fast from negative thoughts and words and I feast on good ideas and positive words.

Clothe me in happiness in place of sadness, with an optimistic outlook instead of negativity.

I am willing to rise up into such a positive consciousness that I lose the blues and choose joy!
