 Prayer does not change God.  Prayer changes me. As I begin to change the way I think of myself, I begin to realize that my thoughts are creative. As I grow in spiritual understanding, I outgrow bitterness and doubt and mature into nobility and confidence. I change my focus from personalities and circumstances as I realize that I am a spiritual being, living in a spiritual universe, governed by spiritual law. No longer a victim, an outcast, or a stranger, I live my dream with self-esteem. Now, I know that real change begins with a change of heart.
