The Zamrock genre emerged out of Zambia and gained popularity in Africa during the early 70's.
Warm fuzz-filled guitar mingles with distinct African pop(ish) Rock sounds to create a psychedelic journey inspired by the Blues/Rock flavours of Black Sabbath, Deep Purple and Jimi Hendrix while drawing the Funk/Soul flavor of James Brown.
