Coming Together in Tough Times

Research shows that the love we receive from interacting with others has the power to heal. Yet the converse also applies; people can suffer and literally die from loneliness. We need to work to remember we always have our connection to our higher selves and Source - it is always there for us and will guide us in times of need.
