037 Five Leadership Disciplines (Introduction) part 1 of 5

There are human temperaments that seem to be well suited to leadership.  There are positions in organizations which require leadership.  But there is also a phenomenon where a person looks behind them and realizes that they are being followed.  Not by a spy or a private eye, but by people who believe they have found someone who knows the way.
I believe that such organic leadership is often the product of some simple disciplines which anyone can incorporate into their lives.  Let me share five such disciplines which I have observed, and some of the stories that have emerged from attempting to incorporate those disciplines into my life.
