• Results > Theory – Focus on what students do, not what they read.

• Build the Foundation – Start from what’s working and scale from there.

• Do Things That Don’t Scale – In-person shows up different—do it anyway.

• Maximize Your Time – Repurpose content, document systems, and automate.

• Be Ready So You Don’t Have to Get Ready – Build repeatable systems.

• Pay Money to Buy Time – Delegate low-ROI tasks so you can focus on impact.

• Build Like a 10x Company – Plan and act for long-term scale.

• Always Ask: Am I Doing Everything I Can? – Keep pushing the vision forward.
