Today we’re tackling worry, and a its faith-based remedy: prayer. Our guest is Chad Veach. Chad is the founder and lead pastor of ZOE Church in Los Angeles, California. For the past 20 years he has dedicated his life to ministry and preaching the Gospel, speaking internationally and authoring four books including his latest, 'Worried about Everything Because I Pray about Nothing: How to Live with Peace and Purpose Instead of Stress and Burnout'.

In this episode Chad talks about why prayer dissolves worry, how to pray and the impact of prayer on our human condition.
