This week we are joined by Gary B and Randil “Theo” Jefferies, two Americans that are about to take on their first World’s Toughest Mudder.

We discuss how they have prepared including their nutrition and clothing choices. Further, we quiz them on the targets they have set themselves. Finally we also chat a little bit about what they plan to get up to in Las Vegas and their thoughts on British culture.
