Chris Lamb – Elite Athlete

Chris has been in OCR for such a long time and has won more races than I have had hot dinners,.

On this episode we don’t just talk OCR we talk about his love of running,  from racing  800m track to endure 24 and everything In between, we discuss how he has dressed up and attended so many quirky races and how he became a Guinness world record holder.

But what I liked best was when we delve more into  his mindset when it comes to competing at so many running disciplines.
