Becky Rendell – UK Elite Racer / Head of OCR at UKOSF

This week we are joined by elite runner Dr Becky Rendell. Becky is a member of Team Nuclear Phoenix and has recently been appointed the Head of Obstacle Racing at the UKOSF.

We talk to Becky about elevating Women in OCR before discussing her experiences racing in 2020 which included the UKOSF short course time trials and the Spartan European Championships that were cancelled the night before.
