The "They Can't Get Here From There" copout

Space studies professors - who've apparently never read a book about UFOs in their lives - insist extraterrestrials are the least likely culprit behind unidentified flying machines that are obviously manufactured by beings with greater intelligence than humans. One of the professors interviewed for a recent newspaper article on the subject showed his complete lack of imagination by falling back on the asinine "they can't here from there" copout.
