During an online group chat held by the New Paradigm Institute on Sunday as part of Global UFO Disclosure Day, retired U.S. Col. Karl Nell said with regard to assertions there is a government UFO coverup about an alien presence, “There is zero doubt this is absolutely true. I know this personally.”
