Cape Town Man Lies About the Ariel School UFO Incident in Episode 2 of Spielberg’s “Encounters”

A review of the second episode in Steven Spielberg’s new Netflix series, “Encounters,” called “Believers,” is presented. In the episode, a new witness, Dallyn Vico, of Cape Town, emerges and claims he tricked his classmates into believing a flying saucer with aliens landed near the school in September 1994.
