Are Evil Aliens Among Us?

In 2022, a doctoral student from Spain presented a paper that suggests there may be four evil extraterrestrial civilizations in the Milky Way galaxy. However, based on research conducted by retired Temple University professor Dr. David M. Jacobs, sinister alien beings are already here and have already integrated themselves into human society. Why? To eventually take over the planet.
