Our guest today is Jeff Stocker, the Managing Director of Health Ventures here at Tyler.  Jeff has worked with government agencies and healthcare enterprise systems for over a decade to develop health strategies for accountable care organizations, the Foreign Military Studies Office, DoD, VA, and Medicaid agencies.  He is an expert in this space, and if that wasn't enough, also plays the banjo.
