This is a stream-of-consciousness style podcast.
Dropping into a salt bath, with essential oils, incense and candlelight, I tap into deep intuitive channeled wisdom, letting the words flow out as information flows in. This is raw expression filtered through my own life experience. In some cases it’s direct guidance that, as you’ll hear me say many times, you’re invited to ‘take what you need and leave the rest.’
Part of life’s calling is to share what we’ve learned for others to be witness to something bigger – The realization that we are all connected, that knowledge & healing is shared through more than just words. Sometimes we just need an affirmation or reminder of the wisdom that already lives within us but needed to be unlocked.
Tyler’s Bathtime Outpourings Podcast is that platform for me to remind you from. (And remind myself as we go!)
Throughout each episode I will pause periodically to do some mindful breathing to catch up with my thoughts - You are invited to breathe along with me. Each breathwork or meditation is guided, so feel free to follow along.
We will sometimes go outside the tub environment and invite like-hearted friends into our conversations. Those episodes will be special as one of the best ways to expand consciousness is together!

In this episode we drop into an immediate realization. When we unconsciously slip into the future in our minds, many times the thoughts can be chaotic, un-grounding, cause anxiety, stress or worry.
