Are N.C.'s cities in chaos or is it just a political talking point?

A recent ad in the 2024 race for governor chastised Democrats for unsafe streets and coddling criminals in North Carolina cities.  Are cities like Charlotte and Raleigh in chaos or is that a political talking point?    This week, host Tim Boyum brings on Charlotte Mayor Pro Tem Braxton Winston and Charlotte City Council member Tariq Bokhari who are a Democrat and Republican, respectively.  They have debated this issue on our TV program regularly, but we thought it was a great time to talk about it more in depth as we inch closer to 2024.
