Romans 8:19-27 - A Cry for Deliverance

In this passage, we see the groanings of creation, believers, and the Holy Spirit. All of which points us to the hope we have in God.

• Creation Groans (v19-22)

  • Creation waits for the revealing of the sons of God

  • Creation will be set free from this bondage

• Believers Groan (v23-25)

  • Believers eagerly wait for the full redemption of their bodies

  • Believers have an assured hope in the promises of God

• Spirit Groans (v26-27)

  • The Spirit bears our burdens in prayer
