Romans 14:1-12 - Loving One Another Despite Differences and Disagreements

Despite the differences and disagreements we may have within the body of Christ, at the end of the day, we are not called to judge those who disagree with us, but rather we are called to love them. Paul presents 3 reasons why we should love instead of judge.

• God accepts them (v1-5)

  • The Christian is called to accept other Christians, not judge them

  • The Christian is called to accept other Christians because God has accepted them

• God's glory is our purpose in life (v6-9)

  • In whatever you do, do so for the Lord

  • Jesus is the Lord of both the living and the dead

• God is judge (v10-12)

  • We will all give an account to God our judge
