Lending Baby!!

This is a short trip down the road of lending for investment. If you have ever wondered how this might work, or are seriously looking at a lending strategy for investment purposes, particularly in a real estate setting, this introduction is for you. Also, Ty is not there, so it will be shorter than normal. That's right I am flying solo this week. This is my Charles Lindbergh solo flight across the Atlantic, and yes, it is that dramatic.
