Episode 35: Ann Griffiths - 1992 Barcelona Olympic and 1990 Commonwealth Games Silver Medalist

This week the Two Men on the Run celebrate the start of the 2020/21 Olympic Games and are joined by 1992 Barcelona Olympian Ann (Williams) Griffiths.

Ann tells the men about her highs and lows from winning Silver at the Commonwealth Games in 1990 to her Olympic story in 1992 at Barcelona. Her evolution of coaches from her local club in St. Helens where she grew up to the expert guidance she received at Sale Harriers, by the legandary Norman Poole.

And the trio discusses current topics in athletics from the shoe debate, doping and the smoke and mirrors of money in athletics.
