This week's topic is Lotteries, as in The Lotto, in the UK, or Powerball / Mega Millions in the U.S.A, other the hundreds of other lotteries played all around the world.

Lotteries are a popular form of gambling, encouraging people to pay a small sum of money for the chance of winning a big jackpot, often administered by state or federal governments - but the chances of playing are very low.
