Episode 5 - With Thomas Neuberger of Big Run Media

Thomas Neuberger, co-founder of Big Run Media and Believe in the Run, joins the show this week. Our chat with Thomas begins with him sharing his story of when and why he started running, as well as the mental and physical benefits he’s gained from the sport. We then transition to the creation of Believe in the Run which led to the formation of the marketing arm of the company, Big Run Media. 

Grey offers Thomas a softball question about his coolest moment since starting Believe in the Run/Big Run Media, of course asking about his interview with arguably the best runner of all time...which leads to Grey and Kevin “fan girling” hard over the story. 

Finally, Thomas shares some words of wisdom for us as we begin this new venture of the podcast and other possible endeavors in the running world.
