Episode 14 – Joe Ovies from The OG 99.9 The Fan Joins the Show

Joe Ovies, from The OG on 99.9 The Fan in Raleigh, joins the guys for an in person chat! They cover Joe’s somewhat new relationship with running and some fun stories surrounding his path into the sport and the races he’s run. 

As with all of our running parent guests, we talk about how Joe balances his daily radio show, various other projects, and training with family life. Joe shares his thoughts on introducing kids to sports, how much to push them, and specialization in any one sport.
