There are two parts to communicating, but most of us are only good at one! In communication, we talk and we listen. As much as we work on our delivery of expressing our thoughts and our feelings, we often forget that listening is a skill that also requires attention to detail. This episode we dive into the other side of communication, share about our struggles in the area of listening, and develop some strategies for tuning into the needs of our spouse.
