Today, I am joined by Emma & Marietta of M&Em fit (@m.and.em.fit) for an all-encompassing conversation about how to balance in your fitness journey. Emma & Marietta, both med school students, share two completely different perspectives on health and fitness. We talk bodybuilding competitions and calorie counting, to intuitive eating and the importance of listening to your body. Moreover, how alcohol affects muscle growth and what 'healthy' looks like when eating at restaurants. Emma & Marietta share their fitness journey, which started in the gym together at age 16 and has developed into a 10k+ fitness page and a friendship stronger than ever.
