His job is to collaborate with Executive producers and Editors and find the stories that are the most interesting that will end up on your TV screen

He has some of the best storytelling and script writing skills in the business which make producers, tv networks and production studios line up to work with him. 

HE KNOWS MORE ABOUT THE REALITY STARS ON HIS SHOWS THAN THEY KNOW ABOUT THEMSELVES - WHICH IS KINDA CREEPY BUT ALSO FASCINATING TO UNPACK.
