Keaton Turner & Cade Smith: Mastering the Equipment Business

When we say mining is in your blood, Cade Smith - our SVP of Equipment -  is the perfect example. Born in a mining family, he was destined for the industry. 

Cade got his start at an early age as a mechanic. A jack of all trades, he's led teams in mine operations, maintenance, and equipment rebuilds.

Bringing over 30 years of experience from several major US mining companies, Cade talks about his approach to navigating the equipment business and explains why it takes determination and bull-headedness to be successful.
