Exploring Essence Boards 🎨

Okay, I wanted to show you another way I’m being creative.

I don't know about you, but I love Pinterest. I'm a very visual person.

My close friends and I laugh because I have a very weird mind that plays a movie in my head for what I’m visualizing.

And so what I love about Pinterest and visuals like that is it allows me to take that movie that's constantly playing in my head and assign a visual I can share with others.

Maybe because I'm an HSP…

I also really feel feelings in images and so for me:

* visual imagery

* and Pinterest

* and creating boards

* and really curating things,

* brings the essence of what I'm thinking and feeling to life.

So when I went on that girl's trip, I knew I wanted to try some different mediums.

I had this list in Asana of all these different topics I’d written down that I wanted to talk about.
