Tulsa has many wonderful programs and initiatives to help those struggling with mental health crises, homelessness and other problems. But a new nonprofit, Pause4Paws, seeks to eliminate an often-unseen barrier to seeking help — by offering short-term emergency pet fostering. I sat down executive Cindy Webb to find out more.
