3.03: Order Up -- Johnna Hayes

Johnna Hayes has devoted her career to working her way up through the Tulsa restaurant scene over the last two decades. Four years ago, she was a bartender. Today, she's one of three women who run 3 Sirens Restaurant Group, which operates two Bramble locations, Bird and Bottle, and the newly acquired Celebrity Club Restaurant. Plus there's more on the way.

Hayes discusses growing up in Tulsa's service industry and how it's evolved. She talks about what it's like to run a restaurant business that provides jobs to nearly 150 Tulsans and feeds thousands of people.

In this wide-ranging conversation, Hayes also talks about workplace mental health and how women are treated in the industry. 

This episode also features a rundown of the annual Restaurant Week, which involves more than 50 local restaurants participating in a fundraiser for the Community Foodbank of Eastern Oklahoma.
