Lets talk HEALTH and WELLNESS!! Ladies, it kills me that as women, we don’t know more about our bodies. We don’t know what health tips to listen to or ignore, we don’t know about our hormones, our cycle, workouts, food…AHH! It’s overwhelming, honestly. In this episode, I've compiled all of the FUNCTIONAL tips I've learned from podcasts, books, and trainers. Of course, there’s plenty of credible resources out there, but this is just a quick synopsis of what I've learned and what has worked for me over the past 4-5 years of learning more about my health and wellness. I hope it will be helpful to you as well! Let’s commit to learning more about our bodies and our health. We only have 1 body and 1 life, so let's make it the most energy-filled, fulfilling one possible!
