I Don’t Know, I was Wrong, I Made a Mistake & I Need to Vent
None of us are infallible. And yet, how much of the time do we feel we are expected to pretend to be? And do we ourselves feel the need to cover up and appear beyond error and utterly well-regulated?
Using our judgement and expanding our circle of appropriateness when it comes to acknowledging our fallibility, and perhaps having a good vent or ‘cathart’, can have an astonishingly liberating effect for us.
