Invisible Labor - Mothers & Their Silent Sacrifices

The term 'Invisible Labor' was coined by Arlene Catherine Daniels in the 1980's, a well published sociologist who committed her life to social justice for women.  It is the 'belief that women are naturally better at caregiving and nurturing, therefore their efforts are not required reward.  This is not just a parent problem, it is a CRISIS.  According to motherly.com, "the unequal division of household labor, especially the mental workload of managing a home, is wreaking moms' mental health, relationships and even their physical well-being."
