In this episode I share some thoughts about how to manage expectations when we go to friends and or family for advice. Everything ain't for everybody and we can't expect that our loved ones are always going to be the right people to connect with when we need support. We need to be cognizant of who we are accessing when were are trying to get support for whatever it is we are going through.
